Since 1977, Sojourner Center has been a safe haven from domestic violence for women and their children in Arizona. Since our founding, we have transformed lives by providing shelter and support services to more than 60,000 adults and children affected by domestic violence. We provide a broad spectrum of services to victims of domestic violence, while working with professionals in the field on education, research and advocacy with the goal of ending domestic violence.
Job Summary: The Transitional Housing Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all transitional case management and program services to participants enrolled in Sojourner Center’s Transitional Housing Program.
This role works in partnership with the Facilities Manager and Safety Compliance Manager to manage the Fillmore Commons apartment complex and offsite apartments in a way that supports safety to all participants and staff. While maintaining contractual agreements, the Program Manager will ensure transitional case management services and program elements follow a trauma-informed approach and align with Sojourner Center’s philosophy of care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (eligible for one remote workday per week after 90-day Orientation period). Evening/weekend flexibility, as needed.
Rate of Pay: $50,000/Annually
