Since 1977, Sojourner Center has been a safe haven from domestic violence for women and their children in Arizona. Since our founding, we have transformed lives by providing shelter and support services to more than 60,000 adults and children affected by domestic violence. We provide a broad spectrum of services to victims of domestic violence, while working with professionals in the field on education, research and advocacy with the goal of ending domestic violence.
Job Summary
The Crisis Shelter Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the 30 crisis shelter rooms located on Heritage campus including the Pet Companion Shelter of Sojourner Center and includes responsibilities for developing, planning, supervising, and evaluating program services and ensuring contractual agreements and best practices in the field of domestic violence, and Human Trafficking. Ensures successful collaboration between all Sojourner Center staff and Departments to maximize service excellence. Supports strong working relationships between direct service and support service functions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (May be required to work some evenings and/or weekends as needed.)
Rate of Pay: $55,000 to $58,000/Annually
